When can I expect my order?

The average delivery time is 7-14 working days. Our products are shipped directly from the supplier to you. This unique business model allows us to save enormously on storage and transport costs and allows us to offer the products at a lower price than our competitors.

The expected delivery time has passed, where is my order?

In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected delivery time. Unfortunately, it can sometimes happen that an order is delayed in the delivery process. You can check the status of your order via the following link:

I am not satisfied with my order. What should I do?

Where can I find my track & trace code?

When your order has been processed and shipped, we will send you your track & trace code via email. The processing of your order takes 24 hours.
